Hmmmmmm.  Strange things are afoot on the Syracuse campus.  Since Syracuse’s ouster from the NCAA tournament, there has been speculation that maybe, just maybe, Wes Johnson would stick around for another go at the hardware.  These suggestions were usually dismissed as blind optimism.  Well shut my eyes and call me Stevie.  I give you exhibit A:

Curious.  Wes Johnson, who is on the precipice of attaining NBA riches, is attending class????  What’s the weather like in Syracuse?

It’s not Cancun but it’s also not 28 degrees and blizzard-ing either.  So Wes Johnson, who would be a top-five pick regardless of how well he does on his final exam in Film Appreciation, is attending class on a lovely (for Syracuse) spring day. If I recall correctly, the U Haul was waiting in Carmelo Anthony’s driveway before he even got back from New Orleans. 

I’m just sayin’…
