Syracuse knocked off the 16 seed Vermont Catamounts on Friday, 79-56.  Wes Johnson had 18 points and 6 rebounds while Rick Jackson poured in 12 and 8.  Scoop Jardine contributed 14 points off the bench.

The Orange will face the Gonzaga Bulldogs on Sunday.  Tip is scheduled for 12:10 PM EST.
